Our office specializes in property management of co-owned buildings (Syndic de Copropriétés). We also manage buildings with individual owners (Administrateur de biens).
We assist clients in other real estate transactions, such as the sale and rental of properties, as well.
We are a close-knit, dynamic team with diverse and complementary skills.
Our multilingual staff takes pride in managing your co-ownership efficiently.
We speak Luxembourgish, French, German and English.
The Story of our Firm
Our company was founded by Florent Kinsch. He was the original President of the Groupement des Syndics Professionnel du Luxembourg (GSPL) and at the time of his retirement had been a property manager for more than 30 years.
The managing director of our company is Luc Kinsch who is a property manager with more than 20 years of experience.
The Bureau Immobilier Florent Kinsch sarl is a member of the GSPL – Groupement des Syndics Professionnels du Luxembourg ( https://www.gspl.lu/), and affiliated to the Confédération Luxembourgeoise du Commerce (https://clc.lu/).
